OH MY GOSH!!! Just don't do it. I should have suspected based on the appearance of the place, but it was recommended at the dog park. They must have gotten lucky!!! Looking back, I should have just walked in, then walked out!!! We were desperate. I didn't have 2 or 3 weeks to wait for a hair-cut. I didnt know that they were also BUTCHERS!!! I have spent the last two days trying to fix what they charged me $100 to do. I asked for his 5 in long hair to be cut to like 2 or three inches. They SHAVED him. Not only was the job bad!!! They were completely unprofessional. He wouldn't give me the time of day to explain what we wanted in the haircut. THE GROOMER had somewhere to go in the middle of the day, and didn't even want to listen to what I needed done. What was he going to do? Just get creative. Do what he wanted. Well, he did that anyway. The people were SOOO RUDE, also. They were practically cussing each other out right in front of me. It was just tacky. Now, I know why they didn't have a waiting list. I think that I was the only job they had that day, but they told me it was going to be all day before I could come back. I guess I was just as guilty for sending my dog there. That is my own dumb fault. Just, go somewhere else. No matter how desperate you are!!!!! PLEASE!!!! Oh, one more thing. I don't think they let my dog out all day to have a potty break. So, when I came to get him, he peed all over the floor and leg of one of the people who worked there. He has been potty trained for some time there. I had to laugh. He told them what he thought of his new haircut.
