Review content:
I began going to Rinaldi Pilates after a hiatus from working out due to an illlness. Michelle is a brilliant instructor who guided me thoughtfully through each move and each session week to week. I can see and feel my progress plus there is the added bonus of builidng a healthy core and my nagging back problems subsided! She also incoporates some aspects of physical training to give a total body workout. Michelle has a beautiful spirit and takes great care of her clients; nuturing and motivating and the studio is both comfortable and meticulous.
Pros: Fabulous instructor, beautiful intimitate studio
Cons: Pilates is always a little costly- but this was worth it
