I walked in during a hair crisis- i had washed my hair six times in three days to get the ugly lowlights out. Brown, drab hair on a blonde who is normally bright and sassy. Mark the owner listened attentively and consulted with me for ten minutes and referred me to who he thought would best work with me. Heather was lovely. SHe offered me every option to "" fix"" the problem- we went through my hair and she carefully strategized the best approach-- taking baby steps rather than chemically processing my hair again as a quick fix. we ended up using a special shampoo and masque treatment from brazilian blowout, which made my hair heathy and manageable and brighter and less dull. She stayed late to accomadate me and was completely compassionate and thorough and professional. My experience in this salon was a ten, and i left feeling happier about the plan of action. My hair is now prepped for highlights should i need to get some to cancel out the lows. Heather is wonderful. Thanks!!!

his is a followup review to my previous comment. I booked with Heather for highlights to brighten and tone. She calmed my nerves and took each step to make me feel completely comfortable with the color correction. THree hours later- taking her time with me--, highlights ( low volume and slow lift to be gentle to tramatized hair) base bump, gloss to protect, and a baby snip to clean the ends, and the bombshell marilyn perfect blonde was back. brassiness eliminated. brown lowlights yesterday's news. Heather knows color. Blonde knows blonde. I recommend her highly. As we finished, her next client came in Loving my color and cut. Thats how you know its good, when the clients pay compliments to the work before you even leave the chair. Thanks Heather, you rock!!!
