Review content:
I booked an appointment after work for highlights and a cut. I talked with the stylist (Christine) about what I wanted (which was to touch up my brown roots to match my blonde hair) and then she foiled away. While I was ""setting,"" she suggested a glaze to ""brighten"" my hair. I agreed because the swatches she showed me looked pretty cool. Well about 3 hours after I got there, Christine started drying my hair and it was a really really dark blonde (almost reddish, too). Christine assured me it was the just lighting in the salon. I pay ($335) and leave after the lady checking me out assured me the 20% promotion had been deducted. When I got home, my hair still looked horrible. On top of that, my roots were still 3/4 of an inch long (ummm not cool!!), the highlights were super splotchy (there were some huge parts left untouched, especially around my part and sides of my head),and the back of my head wasn't highlighted! To top all that, the hair around my crown was fried (literally, fried. It now is about two inches long and the ends are frizzed out like nobody's business).
Pros: good massage
Cons: bad sytlists, the worst customer service
