My first and only experience with this place -- When our food arrived, we realized that instead of the chicken dumplings we ordered, the restaurant had given us crab rangoon. No biggie, right? Wrong! We called the restaurant and after much discussion (and headache), they agreed to send us the chicken dumpling they had forgotten. Whatever, everyone makes mistakes. While waiting for the dumplings to arrive, we figured we would eat the corn soup. Unfortunately, when we opened the soup, we realized it was the wrong soup. Again, we called the restaurant. Instead of admitting their mistake, they argued with us and tried to convince us they had sent the correct soup. When the 2nd delivery man arrived with the chicken dumplings we showed him the soup and he admitted to the mistake and called the restaurant for us. I spoke with the manager and he said they would send the correct soup. I asked politely that they simply refund us because we didn't want to delay our dinner any longer and wait for a 3rd delivery guy. The manager refused. I reminded him that we just spent over $50 with them and it would not make any sense to lose a customer because they couldn't refund us for a $5 soup. He remained rude and refused to refund me. He told me to just wait and deal with it. Aside from the awful service, the food sucked. The dumplings were burnt, the sweet and sour shrimp was unedible and the beef tasted like plastic. Worst meal ever! Bad service, bad food, bad management! Pros: fast delivery Cons: nasty food and bad service
