This place is a dive. First of all, you walk into this place and their menu is on multiple chalkboards behind the counter written with colored chalk. It is hard to read and trying to figure out what you want is confusing. There were five people behind the counter looking busy and yet we were the only people in this place. We ordered two turkey sandwiches and they were out of most of their breads. We paid and sat at a table with a number. The inside eating area is dirty, dingy and old. About a third of the room is what looks like the remnants of an old bar that is now used for storage and boxes. On every table were flowers that were dead. I mean wilted and turning brown dead! The old carpeted floor had crumbs everywhere and two tables were left in need of busing for the entire time we were there. The ceiling has this 1960s shaped piece attached to it with a large dingy mirror on one wall. While the food wasnt awful, it certainly wasnt anything to brag about. And they dont give refills on iced tea! On the good side, the location is great (along Main street in down Culver City) and at least the food was inexpensive. With so many good places to eat popping up all around downtown Culver City, my advice would be to avoid this place. Pros: Inexpensive Food Cons: Atmosphere
