DON'T RENT FROM THEM! I would advise against renting from there company. They have nice apartments at a good price, but you will pay for it in the end. Their rental manager is not honest and with all due respect does not know what she is doing. We had problems with them after we went 2 days without a toilet and then they finally fixed it and demanded we pay $200 (of course after we complained about the plumber leaving water all over our bathroom floor). Needless to say, we thought it ended when we did the walk through with them and we were told our apartment was in good shape. Later we received an invoice for $230 to clean our apartment, being told by the owner of the company we left the apartment a mess. They not only took our deposit but threated us if we did not pay the outrageous fees. Overall they are dishonest and are not worth it. DON't RENT FROM THEM!
