I love the bagels at Rich's, the pasta, the soups, everything my only complaint is that after going there for ten or more years it would be nice to have people actually acknowledge that they have seen you before. I see the same people every time and I don't get it, maybe it is just their personality but I would want to make my loyal customers feel appreciated let alone recognized. If it wasn't for all the great bagels I would go elsewhere, but unfortunatley there aren't any other great bagels in SLC. So don't expect to have anyone thank you for going in there.
