I moved to B/CS from out of state in the fall of 2011 to be closer to my daughter. Twin City Properties made that transition smooth and easy. They did a great job of finding out my needs and making sure the property was the right fit in both amenities and price range. I was happy to learn that they only manage thier own properties and was surprised to find out that they had hundreds to choose from. I have rented before from management companies that are a go between the owner and myself. There was a big disconnect in those cases since the management companies didn't really care (it's not their property) and the owner could hide from out of town. Twin City Properties has also been very responsive to maintenance calls. I've had a few issues come up that they dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction. I can't say enough good things about them. I give them two thumbs up!!!
