This place is just downright horrible! I have lived here for 3 years and this place gets worse every year. I am finally moving out!! The neighborhood is not safe at all! The playground they advertise on there website is not even theirs. Its a community playground. The walls in the apartment are so thin you can here everything going on in the next apartment and downstairs. The walls have been painted over so many times they are starting to split. The bathtub is just gross! Maintenance takes at least 2 days to respond. Parking is basically on a first come first serve basis. Despite the decal controlled parking, you still have to park on the street. In the last week I have had to park on the street 5 times. And people damage your vehicles. I have had at least 5 claims on my insurance policy because of damages done to my car in the parking lot. The pool is gross! And when maintenance enters your apartment to fix something, they often forget to relock the door. I have found this 3 times in the last 3 months. This place is just horrible!!!
