i stopped by barbellas body piercing in costa mesa and this shop. i am dissapointed with the unsanitary conditions at both. niether business is following aseptic practises. barbellas does not have the facilities to scrub and dissenfect per health standards. i have been in the medical field for 30 years and am very concerned with the spread of bacteria borne diseases. i will do my research and find a business that follows proper medical practices. my daughter will only get pierced if it is safe. the most important issues are scrubing, cleansing and dissenfecting reused instruments. if iether place were in the medical industry they would have been shut down. i would not recommend going to this business or barbellas. thanks and have a nice day.
