Businiess name:  Anthony's Shoe Repair

Review content:
If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a brand new pair of Louboutins and took them in still in the box for protective red soles. I picked the shoes up and paid for the red soles, but noticed a pen mark on one of the shoes when I got home. I had never worn the shoes, and the only place the shoes had been since purchasing them was at Anthony's. I quickly took the shoes back in and they basically denied that they used pens and therefore were not in any way responsible for ruining a brand new pair of Louboutins (meanwhile, there were pens on the countertop and they do use pens when they write out tickets). They attempted to remove the stain but told me it was permanent and wouldn't come out. They were very unsympathetic and didn't even offer to refund the money I paid for the soles. So, I basically paid them $35 to ruin a $750 pair of shoes. I wouldn't trust these people with anything of any value.
