I recently returned to the Supply sergeant in Hollywood which I have shopped at many, many times over the years I have lived in the district, and made a purchase totaling a hundred dollars. I viewed the return policy which offers no refunds whatsoever, and that was understood by me at the time. I got my merchandise home, only to find that the sizing on a shirt i had bought was way off, and far too small to wear, though it stated it was a 38-40 size shirt. The shirt was packaged, and so the only way to find out if it fit was to open it and try it on. When i did, I found it to be far too small to wear. I took my original receipt back to the store with the shirt to exchange for the right size, and the most obnoxious employee i have ever dealt with refused to exchange the shirt because the package had been opened. When i pointed out that that was NOT listed on their exchange policy posted near the register, and therefore how would I know that was their policy, let alone they must post it if they have that policy, instead they choose let the customer guess as to whether the packaged products are the right size or not, at your own risk. I showed my receipt, and simply asked to exchange the shirt for the right size. I was then ridiculed by the store monkey who went so far as to threaten to call the police over the matter, after belittling my hundred dollar purchase by saying that ""I have people spend 3 thousand dollars in here, what makes you so special?"" I told this person that they had just gotten the last business out of me, and left totally unsatisfied, and after having been belittled and threatened over a simple exchange of product that i had already paid for. I will never go there to shop again, and highly recommend avoiding this place to other angelenos as a place not worthy of your money. WORST STORE IN HOLLYWOOD!
