Review content:
The eye exam was normal. Their inventory was ok, they had some good selections on eye glasses and sunglasses. The person helping was knowledgeable in the shape of the face and what would work best for you. I got a pair of eye glasses and sunglasses. They told me that the sunglasses would be finished in 7-10 business days, which is already a long time to get your new purchase. After 7 days I called and they said the glasses were not ready yet. I called again 3 days later, and they said it would take another week. What are they doing there? So now it's going to take nearly 3 weeks to get a pair of glasses, unacceptable! Also, I ordered sunglasses and the same day decided that I wanted my current sunglasses done instead of buying the new ones. They still have not given me the refund after I asked them to credit my card weeks ago. I'm really dissatisfied with this place and would not recommend going there to anyone. There are so many other places, just choose another one that is down the street.
Pros: Location is close for me, inventory is quality
Cons: Slow, slow, slow.
