I know normally people don't say too many positive things about their HOA Management company. I just wanted to take a second and say that I think PS Property Management company does a great job managing our community.
They have a real person answer every call, no menus or hold times. They actually take the time to answer any questions i may have or address any area of concern.
We recently attended the HOA annual meeting and walked away feeling very satisfied. We had a surplus for the year after they find a way to cut our utility costs by 25%. I have lived in 3 different HOA's over 15 year time frame, and this is by far the most well run community i have experienced.
I really do feel they are putting our HOA assessments to good use and having been improving our property values every year since they have been involved with our community.
I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to make some positive changes in their community.
