I took my 10 yr old Neice into CVS to drop off a prescription. I had my Drivers License ready in my hands along with my Inisurance card and she asked for my Prescription. She said it would be ready in 10 minutes so we decided to wait. Another woman then calls my name and we go to the desk and she points to the other side of the desk. The woman gives me my total and I tell her the my Inisurance should cover it. Her words to me were, 'I Think it Not Covered' Well how does she know what is covered she never asked me for my Insurance Information. I replied to her, 'Well would you check Please?' She replied, 'No it not covered, please pay this ammount' I told her, 'No, It is covered, you haven't even asked me for my insurance information.' I then made her take my Insurance card after trying to give it to her 3 times and told her I would sit down and if she could Please just check it. Cons: Pharmacy Customer Service
