Lake Wylie blinds is a horrible business. The owner personally did my estimate and didn't even listen to what I needed. Then she didn't bring the proper equipment to measure a 2 story window I told her about so she said she'd have to charge me for it to make a second trip because ""I"" didn't tell her. To which it was actually outlined to her exactly what I needed and where.
The owner calling customers liars because they are forgetful is bad business.
Lastly, for the 1.5 hours she was at my house (with her teenage son...) she didn't do much but complain about the economy and how broke her company is and how hard it is to have her own business and actually make money.
The owner telling the customers they are broke... not a great way to get money.
Update: Numerous attempts at involving my company and lies to the police have been futile, especially since this was a personal matter and nothing to do with my company; it was blinds for my home. Proof has been given that there were 0 threats made to this owner and also no harassment has been made from me. This owner is the kind of person who if you don't do business with her she will be rather vengeful, especially in this economy grasping for straws. Being that she likes to lie and cheat her way to get what she wants I'd recommend no one doing business with this company.
