Review content:
This was the first salon I tried after arriving in Columbus. I chose it based on location and exterior look. I was really just needing a trim to my bangs and all over (I had the thick straight bangs that's popular right now) so I booked with a junior stylist named Quincy for about $27 or so. Quincy was kind, attentive, and tried to do what I asked (freshen up layers and trim bangs straight across). I have had my hair layered for years and some stylists cut it well so that it grows in well and looks polished, even when it's a funkier style. These layers did not grow in particularly well, and I felt like I neede another haircut after about 1 week. He was also not proficient with the ceramic flat iron which I found disappointing since it's such a common tool these days. I wanted my bangs straight with a slight arc, but he kept making them stick straight out. I had to give him some tips on how to use it (I use it daily). Anyhow, it's not to say I won't go back, but I'd definitely pay more to see a senior stylist next time. Pros: Last-minute availabilities, wide price range to choose from Cons: I didn't happen to like my cut, but then again I was being cheap and had a trim
