I was a bride at ""David's Bridal"" and I received the best treatment a bride could ask for!!!! And yes they DID take my measurements before ordering my gown. And wouldn't you know it, it FIT when it arrived. One month after picking up my dress I found out I was pregnant and went back to David's and told them my situation and how I just knew the dress would not fit in 4 months time. The staff was very understanding and brought out this amazing alterations manager and we decided on a new size. David's Bridal exchanged my dress for a new size and when it came to alterations they worked with me and my changing body all the way until it fit perfect on my wedding! Your response was immature and in poor business taste!!! Your salon was one of the first places I went, and I could not believe the shape it was in.Torn dresses and RUDE customer service. I came into this site to worn others about your salon and could not believe you had the nerve to put down another bridal salon when yours is in such dismay.
