I went here because Progressive insurance recommended them to me after an accident I had. Originally my car was supposed to be done on a Monday, but they called to tell me it would take longer because my suspension failed testing. On Tuesday, I had a minor argument with someone there over repairs that they were deciding not to do (my convertible top was damaged from the accident and they didn't want to fix it, they make no money from it). Tuesday evening I received a call telling me that my car was done, that they ""fixed"" my suspension. I picked my car up last week and the manager there told me that my brake lights didn't work. I knew they weren't broken before bringing it there because had been pulled over the day of my accident. The cop gave me a window tint and front license plate ticket, he surely would have told me my brake lights were out. Anyhow, when I got the car home I discovered someone removed my brake light fuse. Also, the cover to my battery was in my back seat. When I drove the car it rattled violently at 30mph. I took my car to my mechanic to check it over, because the car was undrivable. My mechanic discovered they did nothing to fix my suspension, my engine mounts were broken (the engine was about to fall out), my passenger rear wheel was wobbling side to side, and there was fluid leaking from the bottom of the car. All the damage is on the side where I had the accident. I feel that they could have gotten me killed by giving me the car like that. I haven't figured out yet if First Class Auto Body is incompetent or evil. Either way I'm currently taking action to sue. Pros: They ""fixed"" my car fast Cons: They only fixed the cosmetics
