Review content:
We dropped our vehicle off to be repaired after someone rear-ended us. When we dropped it off all that was messed up was the bumper and spare tire. When we picked it up there was a big dent on the side of the vehicle that was not there when we dropped it off. All we have is the pictures that were taken when the estimate was first done and then the ones that were taken a month later when we turned in the vehicle to be repaired. What we thought was funny was the fact that we turned the vehicle in and NO pictures were taken while we were there but then 1 1/2 hrs later (while we were not there) they took pictures which showed the dent. We did not think to take pictures the day we dropped off the vehicle because we did not think we would need to prove anything. I do not recommend this company because they cannot admit to their mistakes or if you use them make sure you take pictures of your vehicle before to release it to them. Just remember to take pictures of everything when you are in a wreck.
