These guys convinced me to invest $11,000 in 3 new Condenser Units by ""guaranteeing"" that I would improve my energy efficiency by 30%. I ended up with a 10% improvement after 9 months using their new system. When I contacted them to ask them to make good on their ""guarantee"" they told me that I would have to invest another $3,000 in new coils (due to leaking) if I wanted to get better performance. They had specifically told me that I did not need new coils at the time they recommended I pay $11K for the new condensers and made the initial 30% efficiency improvement guarantee. They outright refused to honor their guarantee and even worse they claimed that unless I replaced my coils (3K) my system would not work. I immediately received a second opinion, and found that my coils were perfectly fine. These guys can not be trusted. Be careful of the manager Doug. He and his subordinates are in the business of inventing problems so that you can pay to fix them. Their GUARANTEE is worthless.
