I moved in a month ago. My air conditioner has gone out 5 times. The manager is nice, but incapable of getting things done correctly. And NALS, the property management company, ignores my pleas for help. The appliances are OLD and rusted, and they just paint over the rust. You have to pay for the gym (which they didn't tell me), and the hot tub hasn't worked for most of the time I've been here. Maintenance is slow to reply. Their offices are often closed during office hours. The area is nice and they maintain their lawns, but not the apartments. Try to get a tour of the inside of your tentative apartment before agreeing to move it. It rarely approaches what they lead you to believe in the model. $ + headache is NOT equal to what you get in return.
