I inherited a lot at Arrowhead Lakes from my parents who purchased it 1971. They paid all dues and taxes as have my husband and I up to date. My parents never buildt on it. My husband and I decided to build a small vacation home. We had a survey done and according to the results we cannot accomodate a septic tank due to the locations of neighbors' wells. Our only other choice is to tap into the sewer system, which we cannot, because there is some debacle with the DEP and no new sewer hook ups are allowed. So here we are with a lot we want to build on and we can't but we still have to pay the outrageous dues for the lot. When you call the office at Arrowhead for information you just go in circles. We are giving them money, at least give us an honest answer!
