I want to let everyone know that Ponderosa Mobile Home Park in Costa Mesa is awesome! I have lived here for many years and through several different management companies and since Hawkeye Asset Management has been managing the park, it has improved immensely. They have really cleaned it up and they have employees that really seem to care. If you are in need of Mobilehome Park Management this is the group for you!
