My parents have been using Sam for years since my Dad called one night at almost midnight because the septic tank was backing up into the house. Every single septic company in the Brandon/Tampa/Plant City/Thonotossasa had not answered the phone and when he called Brandon Septic, Sam answered on the first couple rings and said he would be right over. So naturally when my septic started doing the same thing on Christmas Day (2010) I called Sam and he came-CHRISTMAS DAY-to pump my septic. More amazing is the fact he didn't add an arm and a leg to the cost.
When you first call you might be setback by his straight foreward attitude and voice but trust me, he's the best at what he does and goes above and beyond to fix your septic and he won't overcharge you!
