Review content:
I called and set an appointment for a cleaning after I read the reviews on here expecting good service. Instead I recieved poor workmanship and a huge bill! Way more than originally quoted and it wouldn't have been so bad if the carpet looked good after it was dry but the traffic areas still looked a bit dark and dingy looking. I ended up renting a rug doctor and going over the traffic areas one more time which worked out great. I might try them again sometime if they lower the rates and only because the workers were nice and seemed professional. Hard to find that now adays! Plus I need to keep my new home spotless as I plan to live here many years!
Pros: Pleasant Staff.
Cons: Did not focus on heavily soiled areas as much as they could have.
