Review content:
I had transmission work done on my truck in december of 07.Vern told me he was going to do all these wonderful things to help me. It took a month to fix it.When i picked up the truck and paid 1800 dollars it lasted a week and had to take it back.Vern said i was abusing the truck which i wasnt . A few weeks later I got it back and it still didnt shift right. Vern said it will get better when I drive it so I did. Now a year later it is not shifting right so i took it to a different transmission shop.They took it apart and found out that the clutch pack was not put together right causing the shift problem. I called him and he offered no help to make me happy. Now I have to pay more money to get this fixed when it should have been done right the last time. In my opion think twice on taking your vechicle to Verns unless you have plenty of money to give away and like to walk a lot because thats what will happen!
