Review content:
We had never been to any LoneStar before and was really surprised at the quality of food, value, and overall service friendliness. While waiting for a table we had some wonderful margaritas and frozen cocktails at the bar. The two bartenders entertained us with some history on how long the restaurant had been there and some of the better entrees to get. Even though they were busy they still had the time to chat with us and make us feel at home. We ordered some filet mignons with mesquite grilled shrimp added. The steaks were very tender and flavored just right. The server was extremely friendly but not bothersome. The meal with drinks was very moderately priced since it was a chain. The price of a steakhouse chain but the ambiance, friendliness, and feel of a private restaurant. We will be back.
