This is easily one of the worst taxi services available in Minneapolis, we were told we'd have a van (8 people) in 20 min. but after calling twice, and ONE HOUR they said they have two cars coming. One was black and white and one was blue and white (separate companies). Four people had to squish into the back seat of the car I was in, which made the seat belts completely in accessible, so his buddy could ride in the front seat. No discount was given, or apology for the rude service, lateness, and lack of van (which we have found out they don't even have in their fleet). The drivers were terrible and took the long way to our destination, and at the end of the whole expirience my girlfriend dropped her cell phone in the back of the car, the driver did not look in the back seat when we left (I know we should have but they are obligated to) and would not return to our drop point for us to look, the last two day's we have delt with very rude people trying to get the car number or name of the person and have just given up all together. Also no credentials were displayed anywhere in the car and the fare meter lights were broken though I kept track of the total and would not give them any more than was on the meter.
AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There are plenty of better even average cab services for the same as these piles of garbage.
