My wife and I recently shopped at Lia Hyundai. BIG - HUGE Mistake. The dealership is very dishonest. They say they can not do things when you know they can and then when you are about to leave they all of the sudden change their mind. Chris - the sales manager / business manager will lie to your face. We caught him in over 5 lies and questioned him on them. We wanted a vehicle in a different color and he said he could not get it. Then later said he could get any color we wanted. Why didn't he say that when we asked the first time? ""I wanted to sell the black one we have in stock."" That is a quote from Chris... Chris and Lia are not interested in serving customers... they lie/ manipulate the truth to sell you what they want to not what you really want. Chris was hostile, aggressive and tried to be intimidating and bullying. The experience with Chris is very negative and should be avoided.
