Ny wife and I stopped at the Longhorn Cafe on Blanko road for lunch about 11:28. We got our order in and had to wait 40 minutes for 2 hamburgers and 1/2 order of fries. When we finally got our order(I had to go up and ask), the burgers were COLD. I would have returned them but there was a real rush on the business just after we got our order in and I knew it would take FOREVER. We overheard a number of people close to us that were VERY upset on the LONG wait.
We had always enjoyed Longhorn but we have our doubts that we will EVER return after this experience.

Cons: food cold, wait too long, parking a problem
