I have been here for 10 months now and I have to say I am surprised to see the negative comments. I guess its only the complainers that tend to write reviews! In regards to the noise, my favorite thing about my apartment is that its so quiet. Of course I am on the top floor, but I also have gotten to know a number of my neighbors here who are more than satisfied with the lower floor apartments also. The management staff has been extremely accomodating and even threw a great party honoring the residents. I am always greeted by name when I walk in the office and the one complaint I had was handled efficiently . I have lived at 4 different Irvine Company apartments in the past and you can't beat Orchard Hills.
