Dinner at Stefano's is a great event. The menu is authentic Italian made with fresh ingredients. One can even see the busy kitchen preparing the meals. The owner/chef is from an Italian family, and takes some of his staff to Italy every year so they can experience what he has created in Sheboygan, WI (a frugal German community). The menu has pasta dishes, seafood entrees, steak, and a variety of other choices. On my most recent visit, I had the veal chop which was absolutely fantastic. All the flavors came to me with the first bite--truly amazing. There is a nice selection of Italian wines, and many people come early to enjoy the small bar. Be sure to have a reservation on weekends as the place is very busy--you'll understand why after dining there! Pros: excellent food, great menu Cons: when busy, service can be slow and noise level high
