Businiess name:  Apple Store

Review content:
The largest Apple Store, at 18,000 square feet, opened in early 2006, and hasn't closed yet (it's open 24/7). Descend a glass staircase or elevator inside this edifice on Fifth Avenue and 59th Street, topped by a clear cube, to the store below, where there is a 46-seat theater and 14 Internet-connected computers fully loaded with games -- a geek's paradise. It's almost impossible to walk by without popping in to see what the fuss is all about. If you're not into investing in all the Apple gadgets sold here, it's still fun to try out the floor samples. ?This is my favorite Apple Store in NYC (and the NY/NJ area) and my go-to-place if I want to go and actually walk out with something in my hand. The staff here is VERY friendly and helpful, contrary to the useless and borderline rude folks at the Genius Bar at Nyack and Paramus. ?BIG kudos to the Apple Store in Greenwich Village... last night, I walked in to exchange my Iphone. I dropped the phone a few weeks ago, rendering the mic useless; all other features worked on the phone. I was expecting a BIG drama and quasi-harassment for requesting an exchange.
