Review content:
Pleasant driver, but the owner (his father, apparently) is ROYAL JERK! The driver took my debit card manually, and sometime between when I was dropped at my destination and his father (in some office somewhere) punching in the #s, they were transposed. The owner then left a voicemail threatening to call the Westborough police if not resolved immediately. I can understand being sensitive, because of being ripped off in the past, but for your first call to a customer to resolve the matter to include a threat to involve the police is just BAD BUSINESS. Will NEVER do business with this company again.
