Review content:
Have many complaints but here are the highlights: 1)promised view of bay, room looked directly into window of house next door 2) lock on sliding glass door to terrace broken. Told cant be fixed until early next morning by locksmith (my request), piece of wood put on glass door for the night. 3) Next morning, no locksmith. Told locksmith can't come until 2:30pm. Had to give permission for hotel staff and locksmith to enter room to fix while we were out or stay in room waiting for locksmith...gave permission but not happy about it. 4) Power outages every time we used a blow dryer. Long time to restore power 5) Rude Staff -front desk woman yelled at us because the power kept going out 6) Called management yesterday to give my complaints, was rudely told ""Well that's the hotel"" and was hung up on. They did not even apologize.
