I never recieved a payment book either. Payments were every two weeks. Their agents begin calling before the two weeks are up wanting to know when you are going to send your payment in which either has to be done with a visa, mastercard or by western union. If you don't have a visa or mastercard you better go buy a prepaid one. If they don't get ahold of you the first time they will call you 20 times until they do reach you, at home, or work. They leave messages with anyone they can talk to at your work. They call on Sundays, before 8a.m., and after 8p.m. which is supposed to be illegal in the State of Forida. If you can't get a vehicle by any other means, I would suggest saving your money and paying cash, or even buying an old ugly clunker, instead of using them to finance a car. Pros: They give credit to people with poor credit Cons: They will drive you crazy with phone calls
