I really don't know what those of you who are complaining about the service are talking about. I was VERY well taken care of when purchasing my fiance's engagement ring. I got to take up close views of each and every ring style and diamond I wanted to without being pressured into buying anything. I got a fantastic ring for a great price and my fiance LOVES her ring. She's going back now to buy my ring there. Nothing but good things to say about Steve and Barry.
