I go in living 4 hours away my fiance is in the army. i looked at dresses their sales rep insisted telling me what would look good on me and didn't even let me try on what i wanted to. When i saw the dress i thought i wanted she said hurry and get it you are running late so i did i asked her is the top of my dress going tolook better the material kept folding onto my skin and looked horrible. the sales consultant said with a lil steaming it will look beautiful when i went to try the gown for alterations it wasnt right and all they could do is put hourse hair behind the bust making it very uncomfortable. I talked with the owner explaining i was upset and he said he isn't arguing and going to do nothing as far as the dress he would fix it but never did. HE SCREAMED ON THE PHONE AT ME TELLIN ME IT WAS MY FAULT THAT THIS HAPPENED AND WHEN I EXPLAINED I HAD TO GET ANOTHER DRESS HE SAID HOW COULD YOU DO THAT BEHIND MY BACK HE HUNG UP THE PHONE. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE HORRIBLE. THEY ARE ALL RUDE AND NASTY AND WILL NOT EVER DO THE RIGHT THING.
