Sorry, but my last experience was negative. It is not due to some defective item (this can happen everywhere), it is about a disrespectuful an careless customer service. I have been buying glasses from the Pike Place shop for years, me and my wife. This time the coating of a Lindberg pair of glasses started to peel off all around the perimeter. I have been told that the warranty was expired (few months) and told that the cause was something wrong with my skin! This by a young geeck who obviously knows nothing about chemistry. I have several glasses coated , bough in their shop and this is the only one that had this problem. I feel more offended and disrespected than anything else.
