Hi, we just went to Sweet Melissa's for breakfast and it was anything but sweet. Waitresses ( with the exception of one of the girls) are rude, do not smile and have attitude if you dare to ask for anything. The owner should really re-train the people or hire new ones because they act like you are bothering them and not giving them their paycheck. Nobody makes eye contact when you waiting in line, food is very OVERPRICED and not all that great. The strawberries ( that cost extra) were far for fresh , the bacon was served burnt and the pancakes were flat and tasteless. It takes forever to get you check and the card back. I think they take it for granted that people in Decatur will support local businesses no matter what and they are wrong. I will NEVER recommend that place again to any of my customers.
