I've lived here for 3 years. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. Here a few of the issues. First of all, there seems to be more apartments than parking in logical places. If you plan to park in the complex after 10, plan to walk a very long unsafe trip. Also, the complex itself is built poorly insulation wise. You can hear everything (which can be a problem in apts, but it seems worse here). Last, whoever built the apartment didn't do a very good job at the plan. I live in a large 1 bedroom and my neighbors are 3 bedroom apartments. Which means, me as a single person has to deal with the bratty children that live around me more than if I lived within a group of 1 bedrooms. Oh - and this is Frisco - so expect there to be loud children running around and yelling. This is a ""family town"" I am moving and can't wait. This complex has also been through 4 management companies in 3 years, I'm not sure why it keeps selling - but that just seems like a lot. It also causes a lot of issues when every new manager that comes in doesn't know about the complex or the issues the facility has had before. Pros: Close to stuff Cons: Bad Parking, Built Cheaply, too many Kids
