Review content:
I chose this salon after seeing all of the great comments on citysearch. I must say that I am extremely disappointed. I called in advance and explained that I would like someone who is very experienced with color/highlights and whoever answered the phone said that anyone I got would be good since they all specialized in color (with an annoyed tone in her voice). I should have known better that they would say this about anyone who worked there. I decided to make an appt anyway. I went in and told her I like a VERY natural look and that I did not want to look skunky/striped in any way. I also explained that I wanted the best grey coverage. So in the middle of doing my highlights, she said it would be best to change my base color (add on another $85). SO I agreed trusting her. Ummm, my highlights look more grown out than when I walked in the door because the color blead up into the bleach. I had also explained to her that my hair was very fragile and she still pulled the bleach all the way through to the ends. NO hairdresser does this on already bleached/highlighted hair (even with the lowest volume). Then in the middle of doing my hair, she dried it and then went back in to supposedly fix the big stripes and add a couple more since it looked so grown out. I did not get a haircut but apparently I didnt need to since my hair is now breaking off. I feel really bad because she was a very nice girl but I would not even go back to get my hair fixed. I think sometimes hairdressers just give you what they think looks good and not what you ask for. I feel bad for even writing this but I am so bummed about my hair :( Pros: Nice Stylist Cons: Bad color job
