They charged me 2300 dollars to repair my AC, when it went out again 5 months later they claimed it was a hose that went bad and caused the system to drain. I contended they should have checked all the AC hoses as part of the previous repair. They charged me another 1100 dollars and covered not a penny under the supposed ""warranty"" of previous work. Their labor rate is insane at 120 dollars an hour. If you want to get fleeced with a smile, this is the place to go!
