My husband and I made a reservation at this place, and when he called the week before to confirm, they did not have the reservation. He believed that perhaps he had made the mistake, and so checked his records. Indeed, the Bay Motel was the one. So, he tried to call to talk to the staff about it, and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE, even though he called during the business hours listed on the website. We have never stayed in this place, yet we would NEVER recommend it! If this had been a true misunderstanding, like an incorrectly recorded reservation, I could understand it. But then to not answer the phone?! Thankfully, we had enough time to make alternate arrangments, so our vacation will not be ruined!
Pros: None I know of
Cons: They don't keep your reservation!
