I have lived in the appleton area and I would like to state the FCCU off of nothland is great, I love Kay, she is sooo sweet. The FCCU on calument st, however, is horabble. I go in to ask why my account is negative, and this lady try to tell me that because I do not i have any written notes of my purchase she can not help me. Um, I'm sorry but how is a bank cannot look up my account on a computer? If you cant look up an account on a computer then you do you have everything on a computer?! She could not explain to me why I was charged an overdraft free when I had more then enough money to cover my purchase, and no funds were on hold. So now I'm stuck paying $150 for fees that are redicus. I then got told that ounce I'm any purchase with my debit card i should wait 30 days to purchase anything else so my funds would not be held! I have also applied for a loan, my credit is not bad or poor, thinking a credit union is there to help; they did not give me a chance to even apply, I mentioned it and she pulled up my account and rudly said no because your credit score is not good enough. how is 650 not a good enough score?!? I do not recommend anyone go to this bank, unless you like dealing with constantly being annoyed. Bank of America is amazing, the best security policies, and best cosumer sevice.
