Review content:
There is no security for these storage lockers, and good luck trying to reach the office. Half of my personal property was stolen, and when I left to buy a new lock, the thieves returned for another round in broad daylight. I spent hours trying to reach management or the owner to no avail and finally sent them an e-mail to which they responded the next day. They said they didn't see the point of having an emergency contact number. My response was that locks had been cut off other lockers, and perhaps THOSE tenants would like to know that before THEIR lockers were completely cleaned out. I talked to the surrounding businesses and found out that robberies are a regular thing for their businesses and the lockers. I got no apology from the company - only ""call your insurance company."" Um, insurance? I'm broke, and now I'm paying for a storage locker that is double the size I need, thanks to the thieves. But at least they stole my painting equipment and tools so I don't have to worry about working any more. Two thumbs down to this facility.
