Review content:
I realize after reading some of the other reviews from other offices that Richmond is in desperate need of some good dermatologists. I went to Royal Dermatology for my persistent acne and I was expecting something a lot better. After trying dozens of over the counter ""cures"" I knew I had to seek professional help so I scheduled the appointment and 3 months later I came into the office very optimistic. (I mean, waiting 3 months has to count for something right??) Well, to say the least, it was very sub-par. I saw the doctor for 5 minutes max after we were basically escorted out of the building...she didn't even look at my face just wrote up a prescription for another topical treatment I knew wasn't going to work. A few months later we had our follow up appointment and that went just as well. My acne was still there and to top it off, the doctor just wrote me up another prescription for THE SAME topical treatment...well it's been over a month since my last appointment and I'm still using the prescription they gave me and it HAS NOT worked in the least. I'm very disappointed at how these doctors treat their patients, it seems like they are just in it for the money and their patients problems don't concern them at all. Well I can tell you they won't be getting any of my money anymore...
