I am trying to cancel our service as I speak but the line has been busy for over an hour. They frequently fail to pick up on trash day. At least once a month consistently. You can't get anyone on the phone. Plus they just raised rates. We are finished with them!!!
Cons: frequently miss pickups and can't get through on phone
